The eyes I think are a tad too large and exaggerated. You've got a really consistent stroke with your pencils but I think a good thing to remember when using colored pencils is to pay close attention to the contours of the plane that we are drawing. The forehead seems to have been shaded vertically when I think a horizontal curved and heavier stroke would help express the depth of dimension. Don't be afraid to press more color onto the paper (like you did on the suit jacket).
This is a solid piece with just a few tiny avenues of improvement. Great great work.
